Yes. The device is CE Medical certified and approved in over 50 countries. The procedure is non-invasive: there are no incisions, no anaesthesia and no recovery time. The intense cold sensation lasts 3–5 minutes, after which the area goes numb.

We recommend 2–3 sessions per area for optimal results, at 6–8 week intervals. A single cycle of 3 sessions can produce a reduction of up to 8 cm in the treated area.

The application time is 70 minutes per applicator. We use a maximum of 2 applicators simultaneously per session, and a complete session takes approximately 80–90 minutes, including preparation and the post-treatment massage. For multiple areas, we schedule successive sessions within the same cycle.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding, abdominal hernia in the treatment area, cryoglobulinaemia, cold urticaria, paroxysmal cold haemoglobinuria, active malignancies, severe dermatological conditions or open lesions on the target area, severe circulatory disorders. We assess each case individually at the free initial consultation.

Intense hydration, a minimum of 2–2.5 litres of water a day to support the lymphatic system that clears the crystallised fat. Gentle massage at home on the treated area to restore circulation. In the first 48 hours, avoid heat sources (sauna, hot baths) and intense physical effort directly on the treated area in the first 24–48 hours. Daily activities and the gym/pool can be resumed immediately, with water that is not hot.
