Therapeutic massage focuses on relaxation and drainage, using medium pressure, long strokes and a wellness purpose. Sports massage works on specific muscle groups (with higher targeted pressure) and is suited to post-effort recovery, post-aesthetic-treatment, or chronic muscular tension.
The Elite Recovery package combines 50 minutes of sports massage with 3 minutes of whole-body cryosauna. It's the protocol used by the professional teams we work with, because vasodilation after the cryosauna potentiates the effect of the massage. At 390 lei for 60 minutes total, it's the best value-for-money option for anyone wanting maximum recovery.
Yes. The 4-session and 8-session subscriptions are valid for 3 months from the first session. For clients who get a weekly massage, the 8-session subscription offers the best per-session price (185 lei vs. 220 lei at the single-session rate).
